Financing Small Piped Water Systems in Kenya
The Water and Sanitation Program (WSP) initiated a pilot program in 2006 to finance investments in community-managed piped water systems in central Kenya. A number of valuable lessons learned from the pilot are useful in the scale-up phase and to other projects using a similar approach to finance small water systems. Below is a report, presentation and related videos on the lessons.
